Paper Presentation

  • Each paper must be covered by full-rate registration by the author registration deadline. This implies that at least one of the co-authors of the paper is registered at the full rate no later than the author registration deadline of May 28, 2015. Failure to do so may result in the paper being withdrawn from the conference program
  • A single, full-rate registration may cover up to three (3) papers. When registering, please enter the ID number(s) of the paper(s) that you will be covering with your full registration; for the paper ID number, use the 10-digit Paper ID number (e.g. “XXX-XXXX-XXX”).
  • Student authors must also have their paper covered by a registration at one of the non-student rates. However, if the paper is covered by another full-rate registration, the student can register him/her-self at the student rate. A similar rule holds for life members.
  • SPS student members wishing to cover a paper with their own registration should register at the SPS member full rate. Similarly, IEEE student member should use the IEEE member full rate.
  • ICIP 2015 requires that each accepted paper be presented by one of the authors in-person. Any paper accepted into the technical program but not presented in person on-site will be withdrawn from the official proceedings archived on IEEE Xplore. See the No-Show Policy for further details.
  • Presentations via pre-recorded videos, remote casts, proxies and surrogate presenters are not allowed.
  • The IEEE Signal Processing Society advises that, to maximize the quality of presentations, no author should present more than two (2) papers during the conference. In the case that an author has more than two papers accepted, co-authors should be asked to make some of the presentations so that none of the authors exceed the recommended two-paper presentation guideline.
